Weather Conditions for Yass - Hume and Hovell Track


Summer is too hot and winter can be quite cold. Autumn and spring are the best seasons for walking.


Rainfall is spread across the year with slightly more in winter. Average yearly rainfall is 650 mm
(25 inches).


Even in winter, there are not many rainy days. Often rain is followed by clear weather so you obtain many good views in any season.

Accuracy - Excellent, records have been kept for more than 80 years.
