Avoid this place during the hot summers - January and February. Autumn and spring have the best walking temperatures.


Winter is very wet but fairly short and September to April is ideal for walking with low rainfall.
Average yearly rainfall is 870 mm (34 inches).

Accuracy - Excellent, for most data there are more than 100 years records for the town of Perth. Kalamunda is a suburb of Perth and is the northern track terminus.
