Avoid this place during the hot summers and the very wet winters. Autumn and spring have the best walking temperatures.

Winter is very wet, November and December are popular as it stops raining but the springs are still running.
Average yearly rainfall is 825 mm (32 inches).

Accuracy - Excellent, weather records have been kept for over 90 years for the lighthouse at Cape Naturaliste, which is the northern terminus for this walk.
